We loved exploring the local shops and trying out delicious ramen nearby. The hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly, and they helped us with our luggage during our trip, which was a big plus!

Housekeeping was a bit confusing. I didn't realize I had to request cleaning at the front desk, so my room wasn’t cleaned automatically.

richmond hotel is super close to hakata station, just a 3-minute walk. there are plenty of shops around, including family mart and yodobashi. the room was spacious and had a great air dryer and a humidifier. the staff were really friendly, and the coin laundry machines were affordable.

The room was small but cozy, which was nice. There was a humidifier and a great air dryer, really appreciated those. It had the essentials, and the bed was comfy enough. Just a heads up, housekeeping is a bit confusing. you have to ask them to clean. Also, the TV only had local channels, which was a bummer.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel with a really convenient location near Hakata Station. The staff were extremely kind and provided great amenities, such as toiletries and even a comfortable pajamas top. My room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my luggage comfortably. One thing to improve would be to offer a selection of international TV channels.
